1. Corporate Combat expects a professional attitude and expertise to be reflected in its posts. We are not here to talk about “candy bandit” shoplifters, or the safety issues of surge protectors. We are here to discuss your experiences and knowledge in areas such as information gathering interviewing, analyzing behavior, courtroom testimony, interrogations as well as ideas and suggestions you may feel are important to others in this blog. In other words, we are open to tips and techniques in any area that is helpful to those in our profession.

2.  All posts are moderated and will be published for viewing upon approval. Any attempt to add comments that are considered inappropriate will only serve to keep your post from being published.

3. This is not an advertising forum. All attempts to advertise a product or service without  approval will be removed prior to posting.

4. All posts must remain on topic. Any post that attempts to segue to another topic will be eliminated from the topic chain. Corporate Combat has developed a number of categories that you will likely find appropriate to a particular topic. We ask that you remain on topic and post unrelated topics in its proper category.

5. All Contributors must qualify in order to post topics or comments. This blog is not open to any and all posts. To be a Contributor, you must have had at least 5 years full-time experience in the Loss Prevention field and held a position higher than that of a “store detective or agent” or security guard. Qualifying positions include: LP Manager, LP Supervisor, LP Lead Investigator, LP Director, etc. Helpful experience includes both low and high-level interrogations of a diverse group of subjects. The number of interrogations must exceed 50 with a success rate of ‘admission-to-confession’ (handwritten statements) of 90% or better.
