BWS Guide
• BWS exists to attract data. It then “sanitizes” this data and returns it to the BWS Client to resolve work-related problems. This process is called Keyword Intelligence Solutions System.
• BWS is interactive software that is designed to help the Client resolve sensitive issues such as theft, fraud, harassment, investigations, etc. in an ethical and legal manner without outside assistance. BWS is Case Management and Case Solution software in one!
• What has proven to work for one business will be an “appropriate to perfect” solution for another with a similar type situation. BWS attracts multiple streams of data by users of all types and sizes of businesses and returns a clean form of that data which has proven to work towards problem resolution. You, the BWS Client, “shares” your data (stripped of all identifying information such as names, DOB, SSN, etc.) with other BWS Clients and, in turn, other BWS Clients, shares their data with you.
• The BWS Client receives “reasonable” to “real-time” interaction with a live investigator. The majority of communication must be done through email (unless the Client has purchased an upgrade for toll-free support.) The purpose is to capture the communication from all parties into a central hub or database, or what we like to refer to as the BlackWhole™.
The employee would go to www.OneHotline.com and follow the instructions. They would enter a code number that you would have already created in the system. They type in the code number and once they type their concern and complete the survey you are alerted via email so you can read the report as well as review the graph that displays the overall “perceptions” of your employees.
There are no individual scores, but rather collective scoring which creates a more accurate picture of what might be going on in eight key areas of business operations. These results are applied on a “per location” basis, not “companywide.” This allows you to pin-point problem areas in precise locations that require immediate attention. It allows you to prioritize your attention.
